Parties and Events

 

Menus can be adapted to suit your requirements and special diets can be catered for.  Menus change according to the seasons.  Please see below a sample winter menu.

Menu - £30 per person for 6 - 20 people

Starter – please choose one

Pea soup topped with bacon, mint and swirl of cream
Blue cheese, spinach and red onion tart
Winter salad with quails eggs and bacon
All served with homemade red onion and thyme focaccia

Maincourse – please choose one

Roasted chicken thighs with lemon, honey, garlic and rosemary
Roasted duck breast with a port and wine jus
Slow cooked belly of pork with fresh apple sauce

Vegetarian options
Fresh herb and lemon risotto
Winter stuffed mushrooms with blue cheese

All served with seasonal vegetables

Poached pears in red wine with clotted cream
Hazelnut meringue roulade with frozen Autumn raspberries
